All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any purchase, including sale items and gift cards. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged in transit, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at gunjalj3@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. If the issue is confirmed, we will send you a replacement of the same item at no cost. Replacements are provided instead of refunds.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.
